By accessing or using the IndraNex Technologies website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
IndraNex Technologies provides web development, mobile app development, AI/ML solutions, cloud computing, cybersecurity, UI/UX design, and digital marketing services. All services are provided on an "as is" basis subject to the terms of a separate service agreement. Scope, deliverables, timelines, and costs will be defined in individual project proposals and contracts.
All intellectual property rights related to our website content, logos, trademarks, and proprietary technology are owned by IndraNex Technologies. Upon full payment for services, clients receive full ownership of the deliverables specified in their service agreement. We retain the right to display completed projects in our portfolio.
Payment terms are outlined in individual project proposals. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins, with milestone payments and final payment upon completion. Invoices are due within 15 days of receipt. Late payments may incur additional fees. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
IndraNex Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in the contract. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website or services for violation of these terms.
